[MW:6327] RE: 6323] Porosity in Aluminium welding Reg.,

Dissolved hydrogen in the base metal is one common reason for porosity in aluminum welds.

What are all the probable reasons for getting porosity in aluminium welding, other than weather conditions,   here both material and filler are 99.7% Pure Aluminium.

 

Please share with any type of reason.
