Dear All,
Please let me know, my query is A welder was qualified with a P-1 test coupon using SMAW E7018 electrodes. May the welder weld P-4 material using E8028 electrodes with backing in production? (Assume the P-4 procedure using E8028 electrodes has been qualified)
