[MW:6594] Surface condenser :

Dear Members,

 

I have following question : -

 

1.      Surface condenser Hydrotest is required on Cooling water side or not  as per HEI STANDARD ? Vendor wants to perform Water filling test only.

2.      If Surface condenser is required to design/Manufacture/Testing as per HEI although 1.5 (or 1.3) times design pressure shall be considered for the Hydrotest ?
