[MW:6687] Re: RT report for coded vessel

Is the vessel designated for lethal service, or identiied as full RT
(RT1) on the nameplate if not the AI does not have to even verify if
the NDE was performed on the nozzle. As stated in the previous post
the AI only has to verify that the required NDE is performed.
