yes, what mr.ajay said is correct. My experience, during the welding they should not use the  grinding whell/cutting whell for cleaning or correct the welding.  They use stainless steel wire brush for cleaing during the time of welding (if it is required)
 
Preheat,  it is need before weld as per WPS.
 
Weather shilding is must. (weld booth)
 
Check the Argon purity.

What are all the probable reasons for getting porosity in aluminium welding, other than weather conditions,   here both material and filler are 99.7% Pure Aluminium.
