check gas purity for moisture, it should be less than 4ppm. Use water cooled torch to avoid overheating otherwise arc will produce hydrogen which in turn porosity

What are all the probable reasons for getting porosity in aluminium welding, other than weather conditions,   here both material and filler are 99.7% Pure Aluminium.
 
Please share with any type of reason.
