Dear Mr. Venkat Good Day Yes....Welder can weld.... As per QW-433 of ASME SEC. IX......F NO. 4 With and With out backing will qualify for F No. 1 With Backing for production. But its doesn't qualify F No. 1 with out backing. And ofcourse...Welder is qualified for Welding of P1-P11,P34 & P41-P49 Materials.
