Hi,
 
Simulation heat treatment is performing on sample piece of material to be used in production.
If the production required PWHT for 2 Hrs, do PWHT in the sample piece of the material for three cycle. ie 6hrs. then carry out the tensile test and hardness test & if applicable impact also.
 
If any production repair required we have to confirm the property of material is safe after multiple PWHT.
