first you need to conirm that what type of valve and what manufacture spec is followed .
 
Depends on Spec , there is mentioned clearly  maximum allowed test pressure according to valve calls,rating,.Hence  It should not be exceeded .
 
Please mentioned full details then we can discuss further

We did pneumatic test of a 600 Class Valve by air at 7 Kg/Cm2 but at site we do by N2 Gas upto 95 Kg/Cm2 , My question is - The pressure of both are same or N2 Pressure is high ?
