In no case the AI has to stamp any NDE report.
According to UG-90 (c)(1)(i) he has to verify that required NDE has been performed and that results are acceptable. Evidence for this verification could be signing of the RT reports by the A.I

For CODED vessel (U-Stamp), does the RT film and RT report for nozzle less than 10" no need A.I to review or sign?
