[MW:9143] Re: WPS for IS 2062 rail welding

probably your client intention was to use high strength consumables,
please check. in that case you may use E9018M, and need not be E9018-
B3 or any other Cr-Mo grade.
You need to qualify a new PQR (what is your code of construction?)
using these consumables on IS2062 materials (it is an unassigned
material in ASME)
