Yes, you can qualify, QW403.6, impact thickness limits will not apply
to WPQ (performance qualification)
Case 1: WPS T limits 7.11-14.22
Case 2: WPS T limits 1.7-6.8

however for WPQ, limits will be 1.5 to 2t in both the cases (QW404.30)
