Dear Vinod,
It can be welded.But you have to dismantle the valve.
Do preheat as per A217,Weld it and then do Post weld heatreatment
at 700 Deg C.Soaking hours as per thickness.
Do the remachining where required because there
may be little distortion.
Do the crack removal by grinding.
Before proceeding grinding,arrest the crack at both ends.
