thanks ajay..... btw my client was catch welder wash pass at buttering..... he argue coz in wps not stated for this tecnique..... all of buttering had finished was remove for reweld coz of this..... could u or anybody know if has any standard for this technique for auto gtaw?

Wash pass is a just fusion pass without addition of filler material. i t is recommended over at least one pass with filler (625 overlay etc)
