Need your suggestions on PWHT(Quenched annealing) of SS 116 Vessel with following details.

 

1.T.L to T.L=1590mm

2.Totel length=2165mm

3.Shell Dia=1168mm

4.Thickness=10mm

5.Material A240 TP 316L,A312 TP 316,A182 TP 316.

6.Soaking Temperature-1950 ̊F

7.Soaking Time- 105 minutes

8.Rate of Cooling-water Quenching

 

If this Heat Treatment is possible please suggest the good Heat Treatment shop in India.
