[MW:6734] Nitrogen purging of pressure vessels

Dear All,
I appreciate if you explain Nitrogen purging of pressure vessels. How it is done at what pressure. What care shall be taken & so on. What is the composition of gas etc.
 
We have one LPG tank, the client is asking to carry out inspection of vessels & Hydro testing. So prior to inspection the vessels shall be degassed for invasive inspection of vessel. Kindly guide about degassing.
